Our Story
In the business of marble mining since 1987
Namagra was founded by Mr Franz Wittreich (Snr) in 1987 when he aquired the mining rights on a piece of land about 20km south of Karibib. The company is fully Namibian owned and specialises in the mining of marble.
In 2015 the Company was taken over by his son, Franz Peter Wittreich (Jnr) and has remained a family run business.

Founder-director
Founder of Namagra, expert in marble mining.
Franz Peter Wittreich
Director - Chief Executive Officer
Franz has taken over the company in 2015 and has been at the helm of things since then and still going strong.
His fields of expertise are – Quarrying, tile manufacturing, crushing, mechanical, electrical and keen pilot.
Jaco de Jager
General Manager & Block Sales
Jaco de Jager is our general manager and is also responsible for our White Rhino Block sales.
Richard Clajus
Sales and orders
Richard see to it that our orders are placed on time, but he is also the person to talk to when you would want to place your order for our marble products.
Yolandi Kisting
Receptionist
Yolandi is our friendly and efficient receptionist. If see can not help you with your enquiry, she will put you in touch with the person that does have the info.
Charlene Lang
HR & Creditor
Charlene is responsible for the company’s HR as well as looking after our Creditor accounts.
